Q: How do I request additional space?
A: Please send your request to the Management office. Include in the subject line "LEASING".
Q: What do I do when my office is too cold or too hot?
A: submit your request through the work order system.
Q: Can I bike to work?
A: Access to the bicycle parking is available at no charge and on a first-come, first-serve basis. Please email taisha.redmond@colliers.com to inquire about our indoor bike room. There are also two bicycle racks located in the front of building 111 & 115 with four slots made available. Please ensure that your bike is securely locked for we are not responsible for any damage or loss due to theft. Q: Where can I park?
A: No vehicle parking is permitted at any time in front, behind or in between (Thames Street) building #111 and building #115. Vehicles parked on the premises will be towed at the owner’s expense.
Q: Where can I smoke?
A: Smoking is not allowed on the premises, this includes e-cigarettes. Both building 111 Broadway and 115 Broadway are smoke free buildings. Q: I am sensitive to the light; how do I request an adjustment to my lighting?
A: submit your request through the work order system.
Q: Can I bring in a space heater?
A: Space heaters are prohibited.
Q: Can I bring in a coffee maker or other appliance?
A: Please carefully review the terms in the tenant lease for additional information.
Q: I work after the building’s normal hours, how do I request lighting, heating and/or air conditioning?
A: Please submit a request through the work order system at least 24 hours before the service is needed.
