Trinity Centre, LLC is comprised of two, 22-story office buildings, with a total of approximately 1,000,000 square feet, located in the Financial District of Downtown Manhattan. Constructed in 1905, the buildings are renowned as landmarks whose architectural details have been restored inside and out. Trinity Centre offers corporate tenants state-of-the-art infrastructure and technology, with electrical, mechanical and telecommunication systems upgraded to meet the demands of tomorrow.

The downtown Financial District, long famous as the hub of financial transactions done on Wall Street and the Stock Exchange, has recently become a vibrant residential and retail center, boasting such retailers as Tiffany’s and Hermes.
